Examining Leadership Capabilities, Risk Management Practices, and Organizational Resilience: The Case of State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia

This study aims to assess the role of leadership in Indonesia’s State-Owned Enterprises bringing companies be resilient amid uncertainties and a dynamic environment based on capability theory. Risk management practices are used mediate relationship between capabilities enterprise resilience. The authors conducted quantitative cross-sectional using questionnaire distributed members board directors senior managers Indonesia SOEs their subsidiaries. Based structural equation modeling analysis, findings reveal that play developing resilience risk practice.
